Greeneville is centrally located, being within 30 miles of Kingsport, Johnson City, Rogersville, Morristown, Newport and Jonesborough. Also, within 70 miles are Asheville, Knoxville, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Bristol.

 

Greene County is very affordable with low property taxes and no state income tax. Check the Chamber of Commerce website- Greene County Partnership for current property taxes. Jobs are available in industry, education and healthcare just to name a few.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME...I have been in Real Estate since 1999 and absolutely love it! I will work hard for you and make sure you have the representation you need, whether you are buying or selling a property. Century 21 has the resources we need and our area sells itself.  My office is easy to find-I am located on Hwy 11-E, just across from Sonic Drive-In and O'Reilly's Auto Parts.

 

Prior to becoming a REALTOR, I was in the United States Air Force from 1977-1988. I served in Colorado, North Dakota, Iceland, Texas and Germany. I fixed tailguns on the B52 bombers, worked in transportation but my final and favorite job was working in the command post.

 

I then worked in sales from 1988-1999, started into property management in 1997 and got my real estate license in 1999. I am married and have three beautiful, almost grown daughters. I met my husband in Iceland while we were both stationed there and he is currently in the Air Force National Guard as well as being on the local police force.

 

Paul Honea is my assistant and right hand man.  Paul is retired from the Navy and is an avid member of the Moose Lodge.  He is happily married to Sharon and they reside in Chuckey.  Paul helps in all aspects of the business, from searching for properties for clients to posting the virtual tours on our listings and everything in between.  Although he is not a licensed agent, he knows what he's doing and will help you in any way he can.  Paul is normally in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
